Requirements
- Execute and optimize digital media campaigns in partnership with Program Management to ensure seamless delivery
- Manage ad operations processes, including collecting assets, trafficking campaigns, and thoroughly QA’ing third-party tags
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance against KPIs, proactively recommending and implementing optimizations
- Own campaign reporting by delivering insights-driven updates and comprehensive wrap reports with key learnings and recommendations
- Partner with Finance to support accurate billing and third-party reporting requirements
- Assist Account Management in investigating and resolving billing discrepancies
- Serve as an ad operations and optimization expert for Sales and Sales Support teams, communicating regularly to align on campaign performance
- Maintain expertise in ad technology, including ad verification, viewability, and programmatic ad serving, while ensuring accurate system integrations
