Hearst Television is seeking a Campaign Specialist to execute, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring campaigns deliver against performance goals and meet client expectations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns
- Proficient with major ad platforms Google Ad Manager (GAM), Meta, DV360 or other DSPs, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills, including comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with trafficking, pixels, UTMs, and third-party tracking tools
- Excellent communication and project-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with brand-safety tools, verification platforms, and attribution systems
- Agency, publisher, or large media-organization experience
- Understanding of SEO/SEM, social strategy, and content marketing
