Hearst Television is seeking a Campaign Specialist to execute, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns across various channels, requiring 2-5 years of experience and proficiency with major ad platforms.
Requirements
- Coordinate with internal and offshore trafficking teams to set up, launch, and manage campaigns
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and coordinate resolution with trafficking teams
- Collaborate with local sales managers and station leads to review campaign pipeline and performance
- Provide technical support across products, including On-Site, Audience Extension, Social, and Native
- Monitor daily performance and implement optimization strategies to improve KPIs
- Deliver strategic insights and optimization recommendations aligned with client objectives
- Produce weekly and ad hoc performance reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations
