Requirements

• Extensive experience within the affiliate marketing industry
• Strong sales capability with experience selling complex, multi-channel commercial packages
• Detailed knowledge of Hearst’s brand portfolio and editorial values
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Proven leadership, team collaboration and stakeholder management skills
