Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in benefits management and administration
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws related to employee benefits
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Excel; experience with Oracle and data analysis tools is a plus
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Clear and thoughtful communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
