Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate position is responsible for lead generation and other support to the sales team and VP sales. The primary responsibilities include prospecting and scheduling meetings for Truven Health's solutions across the Life Sciences marketplace, identifying potential customers' key business challenges, and transitioning these prospects to the appropriate sales directors.

Requirements

• At least two years of demonstrated success in sales and/or lead generation in the healthcare marketplace.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate by phone and written word.
• Superb customer service and relationship-building capabilities.
