Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative acts in a support role to Solutions Consultants, introducing product offerings and ensuring quality of work while increasing sales.
Requirements
- Quote and process orders for high-end solutions
- Work closely with vendors to negotiate discounts and proper pricing
- Manage sales, service, and support cycles
- Achieve individual sales goal and reach expected monthly sales goals
- Gather information from clients and partners to plan and schedule client meetings
- Act as liaison between Accounting and Solutions Consultants for collection issues
- Collect and process paperwork from customers
- Understand solutions currently utilized by customers to identify new opportunities
- Handle basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
