Heartland Counseling Services, Inc. (HCS) delivers comprehensive mental health and substance abuse care to clients aged 3–103 across three Nebraska locations—Ainsworth, O’Neill, and South Sioux City. The organization offers a full spectrum of services, from diagnostic evaluations and individual counseling to 24/7 crisis response, intensive outpatient programs, telepsychiatry, and medication management in partnership with Richard Young Outpatient Clinic. HCS also supports community outreach through day rehabilitation at The Life Center, group counseling at Dakota County Jail, DUI/OWI and anger‑management classes, and substance‑abuse prevention programs in local schools.
