Crisis Stabilization Unit & Detox Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the Director of our Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) and Detox Program. The CSU & Detox Director provides executive, clinical, and operational leadership to ensure safe, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care for individuals experiencing acute mental health and substance use crises.

Requirements

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Nebraska
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, crisis services, inpatient psychiatric, emergency department, or acute care settings
• Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience with detoxification protocols and medication administration oversight
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, documentation standards, and risk management practices
• Ability to manage a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
