- Design and submit weekly lesson plans that reflect the school's proficiency-based curriculum and current second language acquisition principles
- Good communication skills in English and a native or near-native level of fluency in Hebrew
- Knowledge of language acquisition and Proficiency-based language instruction
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required; Masters degree is a plus
- K-12 lead teaching experience in a classroom setting is a plus
- Experience in urban, public charter, or Title I schools is a plus
- Hold NY teacher certification or working towards certification is a plus
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Legally authorized to work in the USA
