Senior Fund Accountant

HedgeServ is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to execute tasks within the fund accounting or NAV department, including reconciliation, trade capture, processing corporate actions and pricing. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance, and a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the funds industry.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance
• Intention to actively pursue a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA) is not required but would be an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the funds industry is desired
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and well organized
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Ability to be flexible and work effectively both within a team structure and independently
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to positively influence team morale
• Take ownership of designated tasks
• Act as a role model for HedgeServ
