Job Description
The Commercial Insurance Sales Producer will generate interest in our insurance products, grow the Heffernan brand, and work closely with the sales team to cross-sell services to existing clients and prospect for new clients outside HIB. They will engage with qualified prospects, support clients, and educate them on insurance product needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience required
- Insurance industry experience preferred
- Established clientele preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding of equipment, product, industry, and/or services provided to clients.
- High School graduate or GED required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be highly organized
- Must be a team player and enjoy a team-based work environment.
- Must be proficient in MS Office, notably Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
