Job Description
The Insurance Sales Producer is responsible for generating interest in our insurance products, working with the sales team to cross-sell services, and developing long-term relationships with clients and carriers. The ideal candidate is a determined self-starter with strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- High School graduate/GED required
- 1 year of relevant industry experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding of equipment, product, industry, and/or services provided to clients
- Must be highly organized
- Must be a team player and enjoy a team based work environment
- Must be proficient in MS Office; notably Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
