Job Description
We are looking for a talented Health & Safety Advisor to join our team in Ghent. You will develop and enhance our H&S Management System, investigate incidents, and ensure equipment and site compliance.
Requirements
- Certification: Prevention Advisor Level 1 or 2 (BE), HVK (NL), and RCA training.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an H&S advisory role, ideally in minerals extraction, cement, or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of Belgian regulations, ISO 45001, VCA, and management systems.
- Experience with audits, incident investigations, occupational health programmes, and stakeholder coordination.
