Plant Supervisor

Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a Plant Supervisor to run a clean, safe, and efficient site, producing high-quality concrete and mortar while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a well-presented, compliant site.

Requirements

• Work closely with plant staff, drivers, and the order office to ensure production meets customer requirements
• Maintain plant efficiency, quality, and output in line with company procedures
• Oversee routine maintenance and ensure all plant equipment, buildings, and working areas remain clean and presentable
