Job Description
Weâre looking for a Head of Product Design who still designs. The role is to own the design discipline at Heidi, raise the teamâs craft, and make the product feel like the work of one person.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product design, including 3+ years leading design teams
- Experience with AI tools (Cursor, Claude, etc.) and LLM concepts and systems
- Ability to read engagement data and distinguish a design problem from a product problem
- Geeky about software, good at games, and able to execute without a legion of data analysts and research coordinators
