Head of Product Design

Akido is hiring a Head of Product Design to lead and scale product design across EMR and AI clinical tools. The successful candidate will manage a small team, shape user insight, define design standards, and ensure products meet high standards for clarity, efficiency, and trust in high-stakes clinical environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience
• 3+ years managing designers
• Experience building or evolving a design system
• Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy products
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels
• Experience in healthcare is a strong plus
