Job Description
Heidi is a rapidly expanding AI Care Partner company focused on supporting clinicians with documentation, delivery, and ongoing care. They are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to generate leads, schedule high-value meetings, and build relationships with key healthcare stakeholders in South Africa, working with major health systems. The role emphasizes communication, relationship-building, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role (SaaS, healthtech, or healthcare preferred)
- Proven success in generating leads and qualifying prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Fluency in English (Afrikaans, isiXhosa, Zulu, or Sotho preferred)
- Eagerness to learn and adapt
- Understanding of healthcare and clinical workflow (highly valued)
