Senior Product Designer

Heidi is an AI startup that aims to strengthen the human connection in healthcare. We're looking for a senior product designer to join our team and help design, prototype, and ship features that make software feel considered and precise. The role is based in Sydney or Melbourne, but we're open to exceptional candidates from elsewhere.

Requirements

• Portfolio that showcases craft and consideration in design
• Experience designing in Figma and shipping in code
• Comfort with shipping CSS fixes and building prototypes
• Strong opinions about design and ability to defend them
• Geeky about software and able to pick up new tools easily
• Inconsistent spacing in production bothers you
• Able to ship without a design system team and governance structure
• Defend design decisions without referencing user testing
