Heidrick & Struggles is seeking an Executive Search Associate in Financial Services to assist Search Partners & Principals in the execution of executive recruiting lifecycle, from candidate identification to placement.

Requirements

• 3-4 years' professional experience or 2 years' transferable recruiting experience
• BA/BS degree required
• Professional communications skills
• Ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting, management consulting, or other industries requiring applied sales and research skills
• Salesforce or other CRM experience
• Relationship-building skills
