Job Description
Heidrick & Struggles is seeking an HRIS Technical Analyst to support and enhance its global Workday platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Workday, particularly in integrations, reporting, and core HCM functionality, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global organization.
Requirements
- Provide day-to-day technical support and configuration for the Workday HCM platform
- Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations
- Support and configure Workday Benefits, Payroll integrations, Absence Management, and related modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, data issues, and system defects
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support business needs
