Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience
- BA/BS degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and candidates
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce)
- Prior experience in full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search or In-House Talent Acquisition preferred
