Outside Processing Coordinator

Heidtman Steel is seeking an Outside Processing (OP) Coordinator to join our team in Erie, MI, responsible for receiving, costing, scheduling, producing, and shipping jobs at outside processors, servicing internal customers, and scheduling and prioritizing jobs based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize job instructions daily.
• Ability to follow written instructions on work order and SOP's
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Must be computer literate.
• Data entry experience and working knowledge of how processes work.
• Knowledge of Steel business terminology is helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
• Invex ERP experience preferred.
