Quality Assurance Coordinator

The Quality Assurance Coordinator role involves managing product quality and customer satisfaction by reviewing and disposing nonconforming material, investigating quality issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
• Experience in steel manufacturing or service center environment preferred
• Understanding of metal standards, tolerances, and defects
• Experience with quality systems, corrective actions, or ERP systems a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
