Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Experience in steel manufacturing or service center environment preferred
- Understanding of metal standards, tolerances, and defects
- Experience with quality systems, corrective actions, or ERP systems a plus
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
