Job Description
We are looking for a WEG Manager (m/w/d) with excellent benefits to join our team in Kassel, Germany. As a WEG Manager, you will be responsible for the administration of our WEG portfolio, caring for apartment owners, and implementing WEG resolutions. You should have a comparable qualification to an Immobilienkaufmann/-frau or a completed study with a focus on real estate management. Requirements
- Completed training as an Immobilienkaufrau/-mann or a comparable qualification, or an completed study with focus on real estate management
- Professional experience in the area of WEG management, in particular in the organization and implementation of owner meetings
- Efficient and result-oriented work manner as well as excellent communication skills
- Friendly personality with a strong service and service mentality
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, ideally experience with a DMS and the programs HausPerfekt/Domus and Immoware
