The Assistant Director of Nursing will support and supervise the nursing team, make clinical calls, and ensure top-quality care meets regulations. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience in long-term care and regulatory processes.
Requirements
- A nursing degree from an accredited school (RN required!)
- Valid RN license in the state of Illinois (or ability to get one, stat!)
- 3+ years of experience as an ADON in long-term care—you're a seasoned pro
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience in skilled, acute, restorative, or geriatric care
- Strong leadership and organizational skills—because you’re the one they call when it has to get done
