Job Description
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for managing the CMMS maintenance management system, scheduling, and reporting of preventive maintenance, repairs, and work orders. This role collaborates with Planning, Maintenance, and Operations to optimize asset reliability, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Accuracy & Compliance: Maintains auditable records.
- Work Order Management: Creating, scheduling, assigning, and closing PM and breakdown maintenance work orders.
- Collaboration: Coordinates with maintenance, automation, and production teams on priorities and equipment availability.
- Problem-Solving: Resolves shortages and reconciles discrepancies quickly.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MP2 CMMS software and Microsoft Office.
- KPI Management: Reporting on and recommending strategies to improve KPI metrics.
- Maintenance Knowledge: Understands preventive maintenance strategies and reliability principles.
