Maintenance Planner

Maintenance Planner role at Lineage, a temperature-controlled logistics company. Primary liaison between maintenance, operations, and planning teams. Use CMMS system to plan and schedule maintenance to reduce downtime and boost productivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or industrial maintenance
• Strong working knowledge of maintenance processes and CMMS systems
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, including work orders, diagrams, and equipment manuals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) with solid math and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking ability; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments
• Understanding safety, electrical, fire protection, and regulatory standards
• Comfortable working in cold storage environments (as low as -20°F) and around moving mechanical equipment with PPE provided
