
Job description
Provide exceptional customer service through liaising with customers, shippers, network, and overseas partners. Achieve department's objective for timely freight booking, shipment pick-up, and related coordination and monitoring for export, import, and cross-trade activities.
Focus on customer needs, inform customers about irregularities, read and follow customer-specific SOPs, organize daily import/export duties, coordinate shipments, and prepare documents.
This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, end-to-end air/ocean freight experience, and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate is proactive, able to meet deadlines, and willing to work overtime when required.
