Hello Heart is seeking a highly driven and strategic Chief of Staff to partner closely with their CEO as they enter a new stage of growth. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or executive leadership support and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Requirements

• Serve as the CEO's trusted advisor and right hand
• Drive alignment and clear communication across teams and geographies
• Own and shape internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
• Lead high-impact initiatives and drive scalable execution
• Run leadership team cadence with rigor
• Bring structure to ambiguous problems
• Step in as an operator to unblock progress and ensure follow-through
