Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience
• Strong visual design, interaction design, and information architecture skills
• Demonstrated success in mentoring designers and influencing cross-functional product development
• Strong product storytelling and communication skills
• Practical fluency with AI tools used in UX work
• Solid grounding in user research and evidence-based decision-making
• Mastery of Figma, prototyping tools, and design documentation practices
