Business Architect

HelloKindred are seeking a Business Architect to work with senior business stakeholders and multiple workstreams in a leading banking environment. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing technology solutions for complex core banking and current account challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong experience as a Business or Technical Architect within core banking and current account environments
• Experience with current account journeys including lending and account switching
• Deep knowledge of core banking systems
• Proficiency with data technologies
• Strong understanding of scalability, resiliency, security, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to assess and manage risks
• Understanding of banking cost drivers
• Strong communication skills
