Requirements

• Proven experience in graduate recruitment or early talent acquisition
• Experience delivering employer branding and attraction initiatives
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment activity and candidate pipelines
• Strong stakeholder management and university engagement experience
• Experience recruiting for consulting or technology programmes preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
