Job Description
As a Customer Success Intern, you will learn how modern customer success works and be involved in onboarding new customers, creating training materials, analyzing customer feedback, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- A degree in business administration, communication, computer science, or a similar field
- Clear and friendly communication skills in German (C2) and English (B2)
- Ability to work with people and solve problems
