Virtual Healthcare Insurance or Billing Specialist

We're looking for a Healthcare Insurance or Billing Specialist to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. You'll support medical practices by managing insurance verifications, prior authorizations, claims submission, AR follow-up, and denial resolution.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on U.S. medical billing or insurance verification experience
• Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and basic HCPCS codes
• Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
• Able to work independently in a structured remote environment
