Job Description
Help AG is looking for a Senior Network Security Engineer with expertise in Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and F5 technologies to design, implement, and support advanced network security infrastructures.
Requirements
- Act as the SME for NGFW firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto) and F5 technologies (LTM, GTM, ASM, APM)
- Design, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot network security infrastructures across multiple environments
- Manage and optimize firewall policies, NAT configurations, IPS, URL filtering, and security profiles
- Implement and support F5 load balancing, WAF capabilities, and access management modules
- Provide operational support, including incident handling, RCA, and performance tuning
- Ensure high availability, secure traffic flow, and optimal performance across critical network services
