As Business Manager with one of our shelters for people experiencing homelessness, you’ll support the Executive Director in all matters related to budgets, purchasing, timekeeping, payroll, and human resources.
Requirements
- Annual budget preparation and periodic analyses
- Preparation of purchase requisitions and processing invoices
- Payroll preparation, including processing time records and other weekly/bi-weekly payroll data
- Maintaining site personnel records on all employees
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s and/or funder’s policies and procedures related to the purchasing, receiving, billing, and inventory functions
- Acting as the site's Information Technology administrator and troubleshooter
