Business Manager

As Business Manager, you will support the Executive Director in matters related to budgets, purchasing, timekeeping, payroll, and human resources, and act as the site's Information Technology administrator and troubleshooter.

Requirements

• Annual budget preparation and periodic analyses
• Preparation of purchase requisitions and processing invoices
• Payroll preparation, including processing time records and other weekly/bi-weekly payroll data
• Maintaining site personnel records on all employees
• Ensuring compliance with company's and/or funder's policies and procedures
• Acting as the site's Information Technology administrator and troubleshooter
