Case Manager

As a Case Manager with HELP USA, you'll help people experiencing homelessness find a place to call home and become self-sufficient. You'll identify the causes of their homelessness, coordinate with other team members to develop an independent living plan, and provide direction and referrals for employment, education, and more.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field OR equivalent experience and skills.
• Ability to keep track of multiple priorities and complete tasks on time.
• Great communication skills (written and oral).
