Job Description
We're looking for a Case Manager to help people experiencing homelessness find a place to call home and become self-sufficient. As a Case Manager with HELP USA, you'll help clients identify causes of homelessness and develop an independent living plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field
- Ability to keep track of multiple priorities
- Great communication skills (written and oral)
