Job Description
As a Clinical Case Manager with HELP USA, you’ll provide case management and crisis intervention services to residents in one of our supportive permanent housing programs with a goal of promoting independent living skills, increased housing stability, and well-being.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field
- CASAC certification desired
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in delivering clinical crisis services
- Experience in case management, assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention
- Experience in Motivational Interviewing (MI), Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), and Person Centered Planning (PCP)
