Director, Physical Plant Management

As Director of Physical Plant Management, you'll oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems for one of our shelters, leading a team and ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained living space for residents.

Requirements

• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision for the maintenance team
• Diagnose, service, and repair various building systems
• Participate in site policies and long-range goals development
• Prepare budgets and analyze activities, costs, and operations data
• Build relationships with government officials and professionals
• Manage facilities operations, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and building systems
