Director, Physical Plant Management

We are seeking a Director of Physical Plant Management to oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems at one of our shelters for people experiencing homelessness. The Director will lead a team and be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in facilities operations, including supervision of staff and management of building systems
• Experience working with management-level leaders on budgeting and resource management
• Strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy
