Job Description
As a Home+ Case Manager with HELP ROADS/USA, you'll provide case management, Home+ alarm services, crisis intervention, and creative safety planning for survivors of gender-based violence in Brooklyn, NY.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in delivering clinical crisis services
- Experience in case management, assessment, counseling and crisis intervention
