Job Description
As a Housing Specialist with HELP USA, you'll help clients find housing while achieving self-sufficiency. Responsibilities include managing relationships, guiding clients in their housing search, providing referrals, and advocating for clients with landlords and brokers. You'll also coach clients in conducting apartment searches and complete housing forms.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in housing placement services (strongly preferred)
- Outstanding customer service and conflict management skills
- Strong communications skills (written and oral)
- Ability to take initiative and pay keen attention to detail
