Job Description
As a Housing Specialist with HELP USA, you'll help clients find housing while achieving self-sufficiency, managing relationships with clients, service providers, and colleagues, and advocate for clients with landlords and brokers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in housing placement services (strongly preferred)
- Customer service and conflict management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities
- High ethical standards and personal integrity
- Commitment to the mission of HELP USA
- Computer literacy with Microsoft applications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) (plus)
- Valid US Driver's License (plus)
