Housing Specialist

Housing Specialist is responsible for helping clients find housing while achieving self-sufficiency, managing relationships with clients, real estate brokers, landlords, and service providers, and advocating for clients with landlords and brokers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent OR equivalent experience and skills
• Experience in housing placement services is strongly preferred
• Customer service and conflict management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Computer literacy with Microsoft applications
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• A valid U.S. driver’s License is a plus
