HELP USA is seeking a Program Manager for a 33-unit family shelter. The role involves managing the day-to-day operation of the facility, providing administrative and case management supervision, and developing an environment that fosters staff satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
• Minimum of five years' management experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
