Job Description
As a Residential Aide at one of our shelters for single adults, you’ll help ensure the safety of clients, security of the facility, and orderly operation of the shelter during your shift.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- FDNY F-02 Fireguard Certificate
- Work experience in residential facilities
- Experience working with people experiencing homelessness or other disadvantaged people
- Strong relationship and customer service skills
- Computer literacy with Microsoft applications
