Residential Aide

As a Residential Aide, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety of clients, the security of the facility, and the orderly operation of the facility. You'll work directly with clients to ensure they attend required meetings and collaborate with the Social Services Team to address client issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent OR equivalent experience and skills
• FDNY F-02 Fireguard Certificate required
• Work experience in residential facilities
• Experience and capacity to work with people experiencing homelessness or other disadvantaged people
• Strong relationship and customer service skills
• Computer literacy with Microsoft applications
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
